While most students were still adjusting to college life, Rojesh was already balancing a demanding schedule. He would attend college every day from 7:00 AM to 12:15 PM, and then head straight to his internship at Aloft Hotel Kathmandu, a Marriott property known for its vibrant atmosphere and high standards. Managing both academics and a professional kitchen internship side by side is no small feat – yet he did it with grace, never compromising on either.

His time at Aloft gave him hands-on experience in a real-world kitchen environment while he was still a student, and it helped shape his skills, professionalism, and work ethic. His willingness to step outside the comfort zone and put in the extra effort has now opened the door to a world-class opportunity.
