Guidelines for Article Submission
International Research Journal of Management Science (IRJM) is a management research journal published annually by Nepal College of management. The aim of this publication is to extract the ideas, opinions and thoughts of academicians to the business sector in Nepal and provide platform to the scholars for disseminating research works. Academia and practitioners are welcome to submit their empirical and theoretical work on issues of current management and business in the Nepalese context.
The submission of a paper for the IRJM will be taken to entail that it represents original works not previously published, and contribution submitted for review should not have been published elsewhere. It is the responsibility of the author that the information, data, fact mentioned in paper should be accurate and correctly presented.
The articles received go through a double blind peer review process and are only then approved by the editorial board. However, the opinions, description, analysis and views expressed in the papers are solely those of authors and do not necessarily reflects the views of the Nepal college of Management.
The manuscript should be accompanied by an abstract not more than 200 words and preferred maximum length of submission of article is 6500 words. Papers should also be provided with key words (5-8 words) which should be indexed by sub disciplinary designation most appropriate to the article. The language of article should be in English, word in Times New Roman and the size of font is 12 point double spaced.
Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively in the text in Arabic numerals and printed in separate sheets. It should be kept in mind that letters and symbols are of comparable size. Beneath the table title should then follow descriptive material which will allow the table to be read independent of the textual material.
References should be listed alphabetically, double spaced with latest edition of APA style at the end of the paper with following format:

The aforementioned guidelines are the basic rules for paper submission and any of the manuscript which does not conform the instructions/rules may not be selected for the publication.
Number of references generally should not be more than 20. However, editorial board may consider the paper that cites more than 20 references as well.
